LP designs, tests and manufactures composite handlebars, bar ends and seatposts to make your mountain biking experience even better. We are located in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge in Bingen, Washington. We have been engineering trusted gear since 1995. By weight, our composites are stronger than Titanium, steel and aluminium. LP Composites bicycle components are made in the USA using multiple layers of braided Carbon fiber and aramid fibers with aerospace epoxy resins. Our products are distributed around the world. We manufacture our components using a state of the art process known as Resin Transfer Molding. RTM allows exact placement of materials to acheive optimal wall thickness for the best strength to weight ratio possible. Strength and flex characteristics can be tailored to what works best for the rider, not what's been mandated by traditional manufacturing processes. All of LP's components are available in a black, natural Carbon finish or a hybrid finish featuring Carbon and gold aramid fiber braid. Both are identical in strength and performance. Our goal is to maintain as much contact with our valued customers as possible. This ensures development of our product meets your needs. We welcome your feedback regarding our products. |
